Shin Splints

I've recently started running again and developed a slight case of shin splints. I got it really bad in high school when I joined competitive gymnastics for PE and I didn't want a repeat. So, I took out Aroma Siez and applied it to both my shins NEAT. I felt an almost instant relief, particularly when walking.

P.S. I've decided that I'll be doing two informative photo arts when I send out my bimonthly newsletter. I'm still figuring out what works for me, including how this blog will work for me. lol ^^
