In the most recent essential oils class we hosted, my Mom and I went over what Oola is and how essential oils may enhance positive affirmations. This is something I tend to naturally gravitate towards, mainly because I have always had a deeply embedded desire to be the best me I can be.
Now, I like what they stand for and how they're helping people, but at the moment I'm more interested in how they have incorporated essential oils into their program. I'm a big believer in, good and/or bad, your life is what you believe on the subconscious level. I like to think of myself as a computer getting reprogrammed and updated from positive affirmations and Bible meditation, therefor changing my outside world. Just think, with essential oils added to the mix it's like, as the OolaGuru and OolaSeeker have said, "getting every cell of your body behind it." How awesome is that!
I first wanted to do this class because I wanted to know what Oola was and how they and essential oils worked together. I found that Oola was about having an optimal life by working on and keeping balanced 7 key areas. Positive affirmations, along with having a plan to reach your goal, are a big part of their protocol. (For a more in-depth look on Oola please visit Oola Life)

They do offer a specific set of oils for Oola affirmations, but I'd been using Transformation oil as I didn't have the set then. I believe you don't have to have those specific oils, but they are handy to have, especially if your not sure what to use.
Here's what I did:
I would take one drop of Transformation oil, rub clockwise, smell three times repeating an affirmation after each sniff, and then rub the oil in on my wrists, neck, and/or feet. (I'll even have my diffuser going and just go over and breath in three times repeating an affirmation or bible verse.) I have noticed a difference and have challenged myself to continue this for some months and then look back to evaluate. (I also keep a journal, which helps.) I am excited, enjoying myself, and look forward to those moments. By changing your core (subconscious beliefs) your fundamentally changing your world. I thank God for these amazing tools that help me get closer to Him and Jesus!
Nice blog, Karin! We really appreciate all of your FANTASTIC newsletters in your downline. Thanks for being a supportive upline! Keep it up.
